Jams Jellies and Things
My sole inspiration, and the person who taught me how to preserve foods is my grandma Ruth. Now I'm enjoying teaching my family and carrying on the traditions from our past. Our family recipes that have been passed down are a cornerstone of our flavors. These include Grandma Ruth’s Apple Butter, Jalapeno Pepper Jelly, and many more. We combine time-honored techniques with a touch of creativity, infusing our products online and in person at our food truck with a unique Alaskan flair.
